Ode To A Cigaret -

Most people hate them; Cigarettes and their smokers,

I don't

And since most dislike them so much,

I thought let's honor them.

Fear of Love -

We are all meant to be someone,

We are all meant to feel something,

But we'd all rather be the same.

Our feelings colide with our emotions,

We fall in love with our expectations,

And get angry and frustrated when our expectations aren't met.

How do we fall in love with this picture perfect,

Which solely excists in our mind?

How come it is so hard to let life take it's own course?

Why do we try so hard to control it?

We think we know what others feel,

We think we can see life through their eyes

Or we think we can walk in their shoes.

We believe that whatever we've been through,

Is harder and tougher.

That whatever we do is better,

Whatever we believe is firmer,

How come we are designed this way?

Programmed by the masses instead of by nature,

Why are we scared of pain and afraid of getting hurt,

How come we feel embarrased to cry, show our true emotions?

When in this life, between being born and growing up,

Where we thought to fear love?

It Hurts -

It Hurts, when somebody you fought for is not treating you the right way.

It Hurts, when somebody is not telling the truth about things.

It Hurts, when they keep doing the same shit over again.

And It Hurts, because those people will not change.

It Hurts, because you were not the first they have caused pain. 

And It Hurts, because you are not the last.

It Hurts, because I know what's she going to go through later on.

And It Hurts, that I'm unfortunately right about this. 

One thing I've learned is that people do not change.

They only change the scenery.
And that Hurts.

Contradictions Of The Warrior -

Every Warrior of the Light

has felt afraid of going into battle.

Every Warrior of the Light

has, at some time in the past, lied or betrayed someone.

Every Warrior of the Light

has trodden a path that was not his.

Every Warrior of the Light

has suffered for the most trivial of reasons.

Every Warrior of the Light

has at least once, believed he was not a Warrior of the Light.

Every Warrior of the Light

has failed in his spiritual duties.

Every Warrior of the Light

has said ‘yes’ when he wanted to say ‘no.’

Every Warrior of the Light

has hurt someone he loved.

That is why he is a Warrior of the Light, 

because he has been through all this and yet has never lost hope of being better than he is.
